Led by a Tuscan cook, this 4-hour cooking class will introduce you to the region’s most famous dishes and teach you how to turn seasonal, local ingredients into succulent recipes.
You’ll cook together and then sit down to enjoy a multi-course Tuscan lunch or dinner, including an antipasto (appetizer), primo (first course), secondo (main course) and dessert. Some dishes you might prepare include fresh egg pasta, pappa al pomodoro, Tuscan minestrone, chicken alla Cacciatora, sausage with beans, fruit pie or tiramisu. Your meal will be accompanied by a selection of Paluffo’s natural and organic wines and other labels from Tuscany.
This experience is kept to a small size so everyone can learn and practice the techniques to recreate these dishes at home.
This cooking class is suitable for families with children or groups of friends who want to enjoy a day full of fun and good food.
