Olive Oil & Organic Wine Tasting

Liana Stiavelli, the owner of Paluffo and a professional sommelier, will introduce you to the estate’s natural, organic wines and guide you through an extra virgin olive oil tasting.

This experience includes a delicious buffet of bruschetta appetizers, local charcuterie including prosciutto and salami and cheeses made by local producers. You’ll also taste Tuscany’s famous sweet “vin santo” dessert wine and cantucci cookies.
