The system is self-adjusting. Open the upper flap or move the switch to I to turn it on, and close the flap or move the switch to O to switch it off.
According to Italian regulations, air conditioning may only be used when outdoor temperatures exceed 26°C, while heating cannot be set above 20°C.
A selection of soft drinks, beer and wine is available in the Honesty Bar located in the common area.
Please record your consumption on the form provided next to the refrigerator.

Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Late arrivals are possible only upon prior request. A surcharge of €30 may apply for unannounced late check-ins.
Check-out is kindly requested by 10:00 AM. Guests leaving early in the morning are asked to complete check-out procedures the previous evening.
At Il Paluffo, sustainability is part of our philosophy.
We kindly ask our guests to help us reduce our environmental impact by switching off lights when not needed, limiting water consumption, keeping windows closed while heating or cooling systems are operating, and choosing showers instead of baths whenever possible.
The estate is powered by renewable energy through photovoltaic panels, solar water heating, rainwater recovery systems, natural wastewater purification and biomass heating.
Before departure, we kindly ask you to leave dishes and crockery cleaned in the dishwasher and dispose of all waste in the recycling area near the parking lot.
Should extraordinary cleaning be required, an additional charge of €200 will apply.

Our beds are equipped with natural latex mattresses and pillows to provide healthy, comfortable and restorative sleep.
During the warmer months, we recommend keeping windows closed after sunset whenever lights are on, unless your room is equipped with mosquito screens.
Each room includes mosquito nets and mosquito repellent for your comfort.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms, apartments and indoor areas of the property.
Your bathroom is supplied with organic vegan soap, shampoo and shower gel produced locally by Biolu.
Made with natural ingredients and free from harsh chemicals, these products are gentle on both your skin and the environment.
Our Bio Swimming Pool is a natural swimming environment reserved exclusively for guests and used at their own responsibility.
To preserve its delicate ecosystem, we kindly ask you to shower before entering the water, avoid diving, refrain from entering planted areas, keep the surroundings clean and use only the dedicated pool towels available upon request.
Pets are not permitted in the pool area, and children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available upon request for an additional charge.
