An organic breakfast is served from 8:00 – 10:00 each morning in our historic cantina or outside in our courtyard.
Enjoy a taste of locally sourced products like freshly baked whole grain bread made with ancient grains, cured meats and artisanal cheeses from the region, Italian cakes and other sweets.
We produce jams, honey and olive oil at Paluffo, and seasonal fruits and vegetables are picked from our orchard. A juicer is also available for our guests. Hot dishes, like fried, boiled or scrambled eggs, can be prepared upon request.
